Across Four Continents

I am one of nine children, growing up in South Africa. We did not have a lot of money for birthday gifts but we were always made to feel special on holidays and birthdays. The red plate has been a family tradition for many years and now as adults scattered across the globe on four continents, we continue this red plate tradition with our own families.
