Back at the Table After Cancer

I was with my mother when she was diagnosed with cancer. She had been a great support to my wife and I with our young children and now we needed to be there for her. Thankfully, her surgery and chemotherapy removed all signs of the cancer. It was a very special event, when following all of her treatments she came to our house for dinner. At her place we set the red plate.
